Circa mid C19 estate cottage. Coursed rock faced stone with ashlar quoins.
Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Right hand
projecting gable with lean-to porch in angle. Ground floor stone oriel on
moulded stone corbel. Two and 3-light metal frame casements with lozenge
panes and segmental arches. Stone chimney stacks.
