Terrace house with shop. Probably of 1685 origin with C;19 alterations.
Rendered front, tiled roof. 3 storeys and dormered attic. 2 windows wide.
Ground floor has later C.20 shop window with mid C.l9 fascia. Upper floors
have flush framed square headed sashes, glazing bars intact. Plat band at
2nd floor level and below parapet with coping. Similar build to
Nos 21-24A, q.v. Part of Nicholas Barbon's 1682 development of the Newport
House site.
