The description shall be amended to read as follows:

Including nos 12 and 13 Little Newport Street which now forms the rear
of this building, the interiors having been altered and amalgamated
late C20. Terraced house with later shops. 1772-73 refacing or
rebuild. Stock brick with 2nd floor plat band, concealed roof. 4
storeys 4 windows. Ground floor with later C20 shop fronts. Upper
floors have gauged brick segmental arches to recessed sashes. Coped
parapet. Originally built as part of Nicholas Barbon's 1682
development of the Newport House site. Rear elevation - Mid C19
refacing or rebuild, later repairs. Yellow stock brick. Concealed
roof. 4 storeys 4 windows. Ground floor with later C20 shop front.
Upper floors have gauged brick flat arches (1st and 2nd floors red)
to recessed sashes. Coped parapet.
