1855 (datestone). Barn, part of farm terrace. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched
stone slate roof. Coped gables. 2 storeys. Noth elevation: Large central
doorway with semi-circular arched head and rusticated keystone, voussoirs
and quoins. Keystone has initials and date: AH 1855. Two small doorways
with stone surrounds and tie-stones. One 4-light stone mullioned window.
One later single light. At high level are 2 large former openings (now blocked)
with stone surrounds, semi-circular arched head with rusticated voussoirs
and keystone. Above central doorway is small light with stone surround and
semi-circular head and pronounced keystone. Two 2-light stone mullioned windows
(blocked). South elevation: As north, one ground floor, entrance part blocked,
2 ground floor lights blocked. West gable has: 2 slender vents with deep
lintels with false arch.
