Cottage. Late C17 or early C18, refronted early-mid C19. Cob
with front of red brick in Flemish bond, patched and raised in
paler brick, faced with similar brick to right side, otherwise
rendered; Welsh slate roof with galvanised iron ridge and
brick ridge stack. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window
range. Plank door to left of centre with cambered arched head
in C19 gabled brick porch with slate roof and thin timber
lintel to doorway. 2-light casement windows to ground and
first floors with cambered arched heads. Wrought-iron cross to
left and right of centre for tie ends.
INTERIOR includes chamfered spine beams. Main room has open
fireplace with bressumer and plank door to winder stair.
