1/90 Walmer Cottage
GV II
House. Early C18 rebuilt early C19. Red and brown brick and plain
tiled roof. One storey and attic on plinth with dogtooth cornice to
roof with kneelered gables, 2 hipped semi-dormers and central stack.
Two segmental headed metal casements and central half-glazed door with
flat hood. The lower courses of brickwork are a Flemish garden wall bond
variant. Projecting from and attached to Bramble Cottage and included
for group value.
