Early C19 house. Three storeys, in gault brick laid in Flemish bond. A long
parapetted rang with Egyptian doorcase, stucco, with panelled reveals and entablature.
One small-paned sash window under a segmental arch on right, and another blocked
widow on left. Two sash windows on first storey, one above door, other to left
of it. Two windows on second storey. Elevation toward the quay: a tall one
bay front, with semi-hexagonal bay window 2 storeys high, with small-paned sashes.
Glazed door on second storey behind wooden balustrade.
