House. Late C17; early C19 and later alterations. Render and weatherboard
to front and early C19 brick to rear over timber frame; gabled old tile roof;
brick rear lateral stack. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. C20 half-
glazed door set in reset early C19 wood architrave with bracketed flat hood.
12-pane sashes and C20 one-light casement over door. Rear elevation rebuilt
in early C19, with six 16-pane sashes 3 blocked doors and early C19 wood door
architrave with bracketed flat hood. Early C19 two-storey extension to left
of front, of brick and tile with openings inserted in 1950s. Interior: stop-
chamfered lateral and transverse beams; C19 plank door to early C19 winder stairs;
C17 ribbed and plank doors to first floor; C17 collar trusses. Included for
group value.
