GV II
House. C17 and early C19. Squared coursed limestone with ashlar dressings and
Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan now L-shape. Single storey with
attic and 2 storeys. Main front is a 3-window range of casements under wood
lintels. 3 eaves dormers, also with casement windows; dormer to left has a
wooden gablet over and others have hipped roofs. Blocked door to right of
centre. Ashlar quoins and ashlar dressings to some window openings. Brick and
stone stacks at ridge and end. Early C19, 2-storey, 2-window range to rear has
casement windows and a C20 glazed porch, with hipped roof. Interior not
inspected but noted as having an open fireplace with bressumer.
