GV II
House. C17 and C19. Regular coursed limestone with concrete tile roof.
Originally 3-unit plan. Single storey with attic. Irregular 3-window range of
C19 casements under wood lintels. 4 C20 flat-roofed eaves dormers have casement
windows. C18 part-glazed door, to right of centre, and C20 door to far left,
both under wood lintels. Blocked fire window with ashlar jambs to far left.
Brick and stone stacks, now rendered, at ridge and ends. Interior not inspected
but noted as having an openfireplace with chamfered bressumer. Used for a time
as 2 dwellings. Included for group value.
