Terraced town house. Rebuild of 1826. Stuccoed with slate roof. 5
storeys and basement. Completely bowed front 3 windows wide. The
ground floor canted to allow for entrance to right with 4-panel door
and semicircular fanlight. Ground floor casements with c. 1900
scrolled pediments added. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar
sashes and French casements on 1st floor. String course over 2nd
floor, cornice cum sill course to 5th floor, crowning cornice and
parapet with delicate geometric cast iron guard rail. Good cast iron,
tent roof balcony verandah with trellis supports. Spear head
railings.
