Pair of houses with front garden wall and gatepiers. Early-mid C19. Brick,
stuccoed. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, attic and basement. 3 bays. Angle
pilasters. No 19: steps to central projecting porch with pilasters and engaged
Tuscan columns. 4-panel door with overlight. Tripartite sashes with cornices on
consoles. 1st floor sill band. Cornice. Parapet with central pediment.
Similar front to No 24. Stucco front garden wall with gatepiers, gateway to No
24 Maida Avenue with lintel.
