Semi-detached house. C18. Ham stone ashlar; plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses between stepped coped
gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows of 3 lights, with horizontal bar
casements, set in slight recesses without labels; C20 part-glazed door in deep recesses with beaded surround to lower
bay 1. Interior not seen.
