House, now 3 dwellings. Late C17/early C18 altered early/mid C19. Squared
coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2
storeys. 4-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. Ground floor window
to left of centre has C17 moulded stone surround. Pair of C19 plank doors to
right of centre and similar to left, all under wood lintels. Door to left also
has C19 hood. Brick stacks at ridge and end. C19 one-unit single-storey brick
extension to right. Interiors not inspected but noted as having remains of open
fireplace. Probably converted into 3 dwellings C19 by Drayton estate. Included
for group value.
