Late C16 substantial timber-framed and brick house. Two storeys and attic. Plain tile roofs. Front range close-set studding with herring-bone brick infill, some renewed. Four window range of C19 casements with top-lights, double to first floor, triple to ground floor. Smaller casement to first floor over C19 timber and tile porch. Off-centre brick ridge stack with two diagonal shafts. Three gabled rear, outer gables extended in brick in C17. Framing exposed in central gable. Tall brick diagonal chimney shafts on ridge of west gable between original wing and C17 extension. In north east angle massive stone base to rear wall chimney of front range and side wall chimney of east gable. Renewed diagonal brick shafts.

C16 stone fireplaces within.
