Early C18 brick house, stuccoed and altered in early C19. Two-storey and attic.
Plain tile hipped roof with 4 gabled dormers. Fine moulded wood dentil cornice. Four
window range of early C19 glazing bar sashes. Right end window tripartite with side
lights and taller than others. Early C19 shopfront to right double-fronted with side
pilasters and overall frieze. Mid C19 shopfront to left, 2 doors and 2 large 3-light
shop windows, panelled piers and overall frieze. Six-panel door to right.
One window side range to Old Street, stuccoed. Attached facing Old Street, is late
C18 brick house 3-storey with plain tile roof. Brick eaves cornice. One window
range. C19 shopfront, 3 light with scroll brackets and, to side, round arched doorway
with stucco voussoirs and barred fanlight. Windows above, sashes with stucco
voussoirs to flat headed surrounds.
