A pair of late C19 red brick houses with gabled wings projecting at the north
and south ends. 1 storey and attics. 4 window range, mullioned and transomed
casements with moulded brick hood moulds.
Roof thatched, with 2 gabled dormers in the centre part. The gables to the wings
and the dormers have cut and shaped ornamental bargeboards. There are 3 diagonally
shafted chimney stacks. Included for group value.

Nos 116 and 116A (Estate Nos), Lavender Cottage, Cock Inn, Old Post Office,
Nos 123 and 123A (Estate Nos), Street Farmhouse and Corner Cottage with
The Olde School House, Manor Farmhouse, Barn to Manor Farm, and Nos 117
118 and 120 (Estate Nos) form a group.
