A C17-C18 timber-framed barn, partly faced in roughcase and partly weatherboarded.
A central gabled entrance way projects on the north side. Roof thatched.

and 120 (Estate Nos) with Nos 116 and 116A (Estate Nos), Lavender Cottage,
Cock Inn, Old Post Office, Nos 123 and 123A (Estate Nos), Street Farmhouse
and Corner Cottage form a group.
