House at end of row. Probably late C18. Ham stone ashlar: plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses between
stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Mullioned windows with beaded and architraved
surrounds: 3-light bays 1 and 2, 2-light bay 3 with horizontal bar casements inserted; to lower bay 2 a wide boarded and
studded door set in architrave under flat lead covered hood on wrot iron brackets: lean-to garage with raked coping to
south gable. Interior not seen. Three metres west of house the railings, set on a low stone wall, with cast iron bud
tops: panelled end and gate piers with bell-hip caps, matching gate opposite door; contributing to setting of house and
to streetscene.
