Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. 3 storeys with raised centre, and
basement. 4 bays of which the centre 2 breakforward slightly. Steps to paired
porches with Tuscan columns with decorative stucco band on panelled pedestals.
Modillion cornice. Panelled doors with fanlights in keyed openings. Sashes in
banded surrounds with scrolled ironwork. Sill bands. To 1st floor round-arched
sashes with glazing bars and radial glazing in the heads in panelled pilaster
surrounds with dentilled cornices. 2nd floor sashes in architraves with cornices
to centre, segmental pediments to outer bays, above voluted cornice. Undergoing
renovation at time of resurvey.
