Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. 3 storeys with raised centre, and
basement. 4 bays of which the centre 2 breakforward slightly. Steps to paired
porches with Tuscan columns on panelled pedestals, with decorative stucco band.
Modillion cornice. Panelled doors with fanlights in keyed openings. 2 storey
canted bay to right. Sashes in banded surrounds with scrolled ironwork. Sill
bands. To first floor round-arched sashes in panelled pilaster surrounds with
dentilled cornices. 2nd floor sashes in architraves with cornices to centre,
segmental pediments to outer bays, above voluted cornice.
