--1--. A Belvoir Angel headstone carved by a local craftsman. Small, rectangular Swithland slate with raised letters and round-faced winged angel, to: Robert Peet d. 1724 June 4th aged 42 years. -Work thy Salvation out with care (and) fear/ That thou with joy mayst meet thy Saviour dear-. And -Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord-. (Revelations 14v3). (Photo Jun 2015). Facing west.
