Circa 1840 stucco house now divided into flats. Picturesque decorative
details. Very low pitch gable end slate roof, ornate shaped bargeboards
and fascias to overhanging eaves. West front is of 3 storeys, overlooking
River Sid, with one low pitch gable. 3-light casements 1st floor, with
4-centred arched lights, marginal glazing, 1st floor has 2-light Gothic
French windows, diamond and marginal glazing, moulded surrounds, giving
on to bowed iron balconies of deamond pattern. Central 2 storey canted
bay with similar French windows and balconies to 1st floor, sashes with
glazing barss to ground floor. Owing to rise in ground the south front
is of 2 storeys and has a tent roof verandah with ornate traceried iron
supports returned round central canted 2 storey bay. Windows similar
to those on south front, all the ground floor ones being French casements.
