Sawmill, now house. 1839. Dressed stone with slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Projecting plain parapet, the centre raised
with clock face. Windows have small-paned glazing. Entrance
has keystone to lintel and C20 doorcase and door. Roof has
octagonal cupola on Tuscan columns and cornice. Gable-end
stacks. Rear has original glazing to one window.
