Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations and additions. Brick with stone dressings, slate roofs. Two storeys, two gabled bays with lean-to additions to returns. Windows mostly casements, but second bay to ground floor has three-light horizontally sliding sash and fixed upper lights; second bay to first floor has five-light double chamfered mullioned window with label mould and blocked attic window also with label mould. Remains of label moulds to left of second bay indicate first bay is later. Plain entrances to second bay and segmental-headed entrance to left lean-to extension. First bay has lateral stack, second bay has cross-axial stack. Interior has chamfered beams. Staircase has close string and closed-in balusters. Some three-panel doors, and an eight-panel door to first floor.
