Originally part of farm buildings to rear of Hermitage Vicarage Road.
Embellished early C19. 2 storeys stucco faced. Half hipped slate roof,
shallow eaves cornice. 2 flat roofed dormers. Symmetrical fenestration,
3 marginal glazed casements. Central panelled door. Lean-to conservatory.

The Hermitage, The Balsters and The Shrubbery form a group.
