Farmhouse. Date stone now in garden reads: "JOHN AND/CICELY
JACKSON/1737". Roughcast and stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
irregular plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 1st 2 bays gabled, 3rd
bay, a later extension, is higher. Base to 1st 2 bays, 1st
bay to ground floor has window with bracketted sill,
rusticated wedge lintel with cornice to key and sash; 3rd
bay has window with wedge lintel with single-bar sash. 1st
floor has windows with double-chamfered reveals, dripstones
and single-bar sashes to 1st 2 bays; 3rd bay has casement.
Entrance to 2nd bay has wide-boarded studded door with C20
gabled porch. Left return of 3 bays, the 1st 2 project under
gables varied casements, 1st floor has 4-light double-
chamfered-mullioned window to 3rd bay. Right return of 3
gabled bays, one of brick, blocked window with label mould.
2 gable-end and 2 lateral stacks. Interior has ovolo-moulded
beams with ovolo stops; panelled doors with H-L hinges.
Stair has column-balusters on close string with moulded
handrail and square newels.
