House. Datestone reads: "IB/GB/1708" part possibly earlier.
Dressed stone with reconstituted stone slate roof. 2
storeys, 4 bays, the end bays project under gables. Stone
base, and quoins to 1st bay. Single-chamfered-mullioned
windows, most with dripstones but those to 4th bay with
label moulds. Ground floor 5:5:2:5:2-light windows, 1st
floor 5:5:2:5-light windows, 2-light windows to inner
returns. Datestone to gable of 1st bay has label mould.
Cross-axial stack and left return stack. C20 gabled porch to
left return. Interior has ovolo-moulded beams and chamfered
beams with ovolo stops. 1st bay has timber-framed partition
walls with wattle and daub infill; stone fireplaces, that to
1st floor with ovolo moulded opening. Stair has turned
balusters, moulded handrail and panelled square newels.
