Dated 1909. Ashlar; 3 storeys and basement, the ground storey rusticated; 5
sash windows in moulded architraves with triple keyblocks and the central window
featured with iron balcony 3/4 round Ionic pilasters, and curvilinear pediment
surmounted by good carved panel of Royal Arms. 3 centre bays defined by 3/4
round Ionic pilasters and surmounted by pediment; quoins at angles; band at
1st floor; 2 doorways with cornices on consoles, rectangular fanlights with
iron grilles, 6-panelled divided doors and steps up. Plain 2 window wing on
right-hand side with return elevation of similar character. Modillion eaves
cornice, balustrade.

Nos 193 to 200 (consec) and No 200A form a group with Nos 1 and 2 County Court, No
3A and Nos 4 to 7 (consec) Priory Street.
