Stables and Coach House. 1870. Rock-faced masonry walls with Ham stone
dressings. Clay tile roofs with stone copings, hipped higher over the
entrance to stables. 1½ storeys. Irregular elevation to stables thus:
2-light window, plank door with light over, 2-light window, wide entrance
arch with segmental head, (this gives access to stables at right and grooms'
room left), two more 2-light windows. Window have mullions and sashes.
Gabled dormer window and loft doorway over. The coach house is continuous
with this at right angles. Clay-tile roof and one stone stack with... moulded
cornice right of centre. It has 3 large gabled entrances with bargeboards
and spike-finials, and each with 2-leaf plank doors. Plank door and 2-light
window immediately right of this.
