Substantial town house. c.1740-50, remodelled mid C19 and later. Red brick with
Portland stone and painted dressings. Three storeys, basement and slated mansard with
dormer. Five windows. Two windows to return plus Venetian window to central
projection. Rusticated ground floor with 2 Doric columned probably early C20 porches.
First floor windows in architraves with cornices. Main cornice with balustraded
parapet screening attic. Area railings. Corner site with Brook Street.
