Probably mid C19 and post-1844. Projects forward from No 38. 3 storeys. 1
window bay and outer doorway each. Slate gabled roof. Stuccoed front. Sash
windows, 3 panes wide on 1st and 2nd floor, 4 panes wide on ground floor; ground
and 1st floor windows with slightly cambered head linings. Plain doorways with
ledged reveals. 6-panelled doors with upper 4 panels glazed.

No 35 and Nos 37 to 4O (consec), 40A and 41 form a group.
