C19 probably post-1844. 2 storeys and basement. 2 window bays. Slate gabled
roof. Stuccoed front. Sash windows with glazing bars, 4 panes wide on 1st floor
and 3 panes wide on ground floor. Flight of steps flanked by railings leads
up to wooden porch at left hand end. Modern door; rectangular fanlight. To
right hand flight of steps leads down to basement; half-glazed door. 2 modern
windows.

No 35 and Nos 37 to 4O (consec), 40A and 41 form a group.
