l833. Formerly a bath house. 3-storey building; ground floor projection with
1st and 2nd storeys in recession. First and 2nd floors each have 2 openings
and are slate-hung. Segmental headed openings with modern 2-light casements
on 2nd floor; French casements to 1st floor. Ground floor clad in roughcast
and surmounted by wood balustrade. Wide 3-centred entrance to centre with rusticated
dressings; modern double doors. To either side a 3-centred headed window with
radiating glazing pattern.

Nos 4 to 6 (consec) together with Nos 6A, 7, 8, 8A, 9, 11, 12 and Sundial
form a group.
