House, at one time in use as shop. Early C19. Whitewashed and rendered. Rag
slate roof painted with bitumen. Rendered stack at right end. 2 storeys. 2
window front. Steps up to 6-panel front door on front at right, rectangular
fanlight with glazing bars above front door. Shop front on front at left consists
of central door and 2-bay windows all under slated pent roof. Panelled 2 leaf C19
shop door under rectangular fanlight. Shop windows have 22 panes, 5 panes to each
return and large central pane on front. 2 first floor C19 12-pane hornless sashes
with shutters. Interior not inspected. Forms part of a group on the east side of
Old Post Office Hill. Included for group value
