Masterman washer's hut. Circa 1860 for Beaumont lead mining company. Restored
c.1985. Sandstone rubble with stone-flagged roof. One storey, one bay.
Boarded door at left and renewed window at right with thin stone lintels;
right end chimney. Interior: cobbled floor with stone-flagged hearth.
