Formerly farmhouse and cottage, now farmhouse: late C18 with mid C19
addition and alterations. Flemish bond orange brick with yellow
headers, Welsh slate roof and 3 brick chimneys, 1 projecting from the
west gable. Long rectangular plan. 3-storey, 5-bay front. Raised
band at 1st floor. 4-pane sashes with flat wedged stone heads and
stone sills. 2nd bay has a simple wooden architrave, panelled reveals
and a plain fanlight over a half-glazed door, 4th bay has a doorway
(now blocked with a C20 window).
Interior: has a heavy chamfered beam with a tongue stop.
