Cottage. c1700. Red brick with granite rubble stone plinth and fragments
of timber framing. Welsh slate roof with brick central ridge stack. l½ storeys
of 2 2-light horizontal sliding sashes with 2 similar Lincolnshire dormers
over. Door to right. Horizontal beam at dormer sill level. Similar at eaves
level to rear and in rear gable of 1½ storey wing a tie beam truss with collar
and clasped principals.
