Back portion probably Cl7. Front late Georgian. Brick, flint and pantiled. Front stucco, painted. 3 storey front, 2 storey at back. Greek Doric closed porch with fluted columns. Front range of 5 sash windows, with glazing bars, including 3 window centre, advanced.

Crown Hotel, Crown House and Cosa Maria form a group.
