Probably Cl8 rear wig with mid Cl9 front. 2 storey, red brick, stucco front, 6 sash windows at 1st floor, without glazing bars, with enriched architraves. 2 wood splay bay windows at ground floor with cornices. Entrance with consoles and dentail cornice. Slate roof, eaves band. Rear wing at right angles connected with the Crown Hotel with entrance on to hotel courtyard. Pantiles.
Crown Hotel, Crown House and Casa Maria form a group.
