Early C19, 2 storey, 2 near flush frame sash windows, at each floor, with glazing bars. Stucco, lined and painted. Pantiles. Cast iron ornamental railings, and wood fence to garden.

All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) form a group and also with Yew Tree House adjoining.
