Late Cl8, yellow brick, moulded cornice, low parapet. Pantile roof, hipped. Stone 1st floor band. 3 near-flush frame sash windows with gauged flat arches and now with centre glazing bars only. 6-panel door with flat hood on cast iron columns. 1899 one storey wing north with arched entrance (surgery) and window each side.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) forma a group and also with Yew Tree House adjoining.
