Barn. C17. Timber framed with boarded sides; plain tile roof. Three-framed bay building aligned east-west facing south. One storey, central full height barn door.

Interior. Substantial framing of full height rectangular panels, straight braces and heavily jowelled corner posts; S-shaped tension braces to truss west of centre bay; roof trusses have curved raking struts, two pairs of purlins and straight wind braces. College Farmhouse is not included in this list.
