Two cottages. Early C19. Whitewashed brick with granite rubble stone plinth,
brick band, nogged eaves, and C20 corrugated tile roof with brick ridge and
left end stacks. 2 storeys of 2 3/3 sash windows. Central 7-panelled door,
the top 3 panels glazed, up 3 steps. Right end on diagonal has a C20 window
within original opening on both floors. Cambered lintels overall. Door to
No. 55 to rear. Included for group value.
