House. Mid C19. Vernacular Revival. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys. Double-pile on plan under two-span roof. Double gabled frontage. Symmetrical. Quoins, coped gables with kneelers. Gabled porch has depressed Tudor arched lintel, impost and ball finials. To either side chamfered mullioned windows of four lights with hoodmould to each floor. Lateral stacks.

Rear has similar windows to first floor with outshut built into hillside, probably to house cellars.

A building associated with Stansfield Hall (q.v.).
