Madeley Park Farmhouse

GV II

Cowhouse. Early to mid-C19 with later alterations. Chisel-dressed
ashlar; clay tile roof. L-shape plan, ranges aligned NW-SE facing
SW, and NE-SW facing NW. Left hand range: ground floor has, from
left to right: window within blocked doorway, stable-type door,
2 windows, stable type door, window within blocked door; concrete
block lean-to extension with corrugated roof and large 2-leaf sliding
door within the corner between the two ranges; 3 loft openings, the
central one glazed. Right hand range: ground floor has from left to
right: window, stable type door, window; loft window to centre.
