C18 red brick cottage, raised a storey early C19 (see the change in brick size). Granite rubble plinth and Welsh slate roof. Horizontal sliding sash windows with cambered lintels. Lean-to Swithland slate roofed entrance porch. Its chimney may indicate a former scullery. (Photo Nov 2013).
