Shop, attached to Hollands' Shop (q.v.) on right and formerly one house with it.
Early C17 - date stone on front wall 1616. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof.
Stone stack at right end. One storey and attic. Ledged door under 4-centred
timber arch, and flat timbermoulded canopy on shaped brackets. Small bow shop
window with lead lights and moulded cornice. Right of this a casement with lead
lights. Attic has one gabled dormer with similar casements. Internally, a fire-
place with stone 4-centred arch. Circular recess by this, possible site of spiral
stair. Some exposed ceiling beams. A National Trust property. (RCHM, Monument 19.
