C16 timber-framed and plastered building on a T-shaped plan. Formerly a farmhouse.
Two storeys and attics. The south cross wing has 3 window range of modern
casements. Roof tiled, with an original large central chimney stack with
4 octagonal shafts (rebuilt at the top). The wing at the rear is double gabled
on the north end. (RCHM 13).
