Farmhouse; early C17, altered early C19 and C20. 3-cell lobby-entrance plan, 2
storeys. Timber-framed and rendered. Slated roof with C17 axial chimney of
red brick. C20 casements and 6-panelled entrance door with open gabled canopy
on timber posts. The rear wing greatly altered, but probably C17 in origin.
Back-to-back open fireplaces, that to the parlour brick-arched and that to the
hall with oak lintel. The roof rebuilt at lower pitch early C19.
